Now you can measure fillet welds from 1/8" to 1" (with an accuracy of ±1/32") with a single, cost-effective, easy-to-understand gauge.

The GAL Adjustable Fillet Weld Gauge uses an offset arm that slides at a 45° angle to make fillet weld length measurements. Simply adjust the arm until it touches the toe of the vertical leg. The gauge is calibrated to 32nd, with metric equivalents given, so you get more accurate readings.

This gauge also measures the weld throat thickness to 1/16th inch, by adjusting a pointer until it touches the center of the weld. A thumbscrew holds the pointer in position for future reference.

The GAL Adjustable Fillet Weld Gauge is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. Its slim 2-1/4" x 3" design weighs only 1-1/2 oz. and fits easily into a shirt pocket.
