The JME 10:CR2 Pipeline Crawler is specially designed for non-destructive testing (NDT) of circumferential butt welds in tubular installations such as oil and gas transportation pipelines during construction.

 

The JME 10:CR2 Pipeline Crawler is capable of piloting a wide range of X-ray generators and gamma radiography devices, enabling single wall internal panoramic radiography (SWSI) in pipe diameters from 10" to 48".

Constructed with high-quality materials to provide a good finish, superior corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and extended lifespan. Electronic circuits use military-grade components, ensuring reliability in challenging environments.

Powered by high-efficiency sealed rechargeable lead-acid batteries.

Complete remote control of movement, parking, and exposure modes from outside the pipeline using the JME "Magneto" or a low-activity isotope.

Safety features include anti-stalling circuits and a specially designed recovery vehicle with recovery locking and automatic radio recovery system.

All covered by a 12-month warranty that includes all components and manufacturing (excluding radiographic source).
