X-ray generator 200/300 KVA (Directional)
The portable radiographic generators ERESCO MF4 are designed to remain reliable in the world's most challenging conditions. Thanks to the ERESCO MF4 range, mobile radiographic control is lighter in the true sense of the word. With the use of the latest display technology, the new user interface enables control and monitoring of X-ray configuration, fully exploited, providing graphical visualization and menu-driven operation to optimize productivity.
The robust construction of the control panel and X-ray units allows them to be used in hostile environments. Thanks to its low energy consumption, not only does the generator operate economically, but the use of a generator is also more straightforward.
The ERESCO MF4, equipped with modern compact electronic components to reduce weight and offer significant power with very low ripple, equipped with a robust ceramic-metal X-ray tube, emits a high dose of X-rays, reducing exposure time to a minimum and improving productivity.
Avantages
- Ceramic metal technology guarantees continuous operation and long service life
- The MF4's cooling system also helps to keep it running perfectly, as its specially designed copper cooler optimises airflow for maximum cooling effect.
- ERESCO MF technology enables the X-ray generator to operate in power mode
- capable of driving high currents in tubes
- With 900 W of power and high intensity, the ERESCO MF4 range of X-ray generators delivers the best image definition
- The device starts operating at 5 kV to optimise exposure on low-density materials, such as aluminium, composites and plastics, in order to obtain high-contrast images
- The power electronics in ERESCO units are extremely energy-efficient between 1 and 2 kW/h
- Graphical display and intuitive user interface for simple, guided operation
- On-board exposure calculator to determine optimum exposure parameters and further reduce exposure time thanks to the exclusive ERESCO power mode
- A range of programming and reporting functions to speed up X-ray configuration and shorten supervision times.
- The microprocessor platform controls the control module quickly and reliably, and offers intelligent features such as automatic identification of the X-ray unit
- Stand-alone operation with event logging, multilingual user interface and various exposure programmes.
