The instrument is sealed and designed to IP65 standards. Its magnesium alloy housing is sturdy, water-resistant, and dustproof. Combined with 3 mm reinforced glass.

The Silverwing Swift-M comes with two hot-swappable lithium-ion batteries, allowing for a full day of work.
An optional harness is also available to support extended system usage.
The adjustable rear stand, top handle, and four anchor points at the corners make the Silverwing Swift-M extremely convenient for on-site inspections.

Pipescan HD
The Pipescan HD is the highest resolution MFL scanner on the market. With a high probability of detection (PoD), the Pipescan HD is an effective and reliable pipe inspection solution for corrosion and pitting detection.
Pipescan deployment is easy with the unique bend adjustment tool for quick inspection set-up. No complicated coupler or gate settings are required, just connect the Pipescan to the data acquisition instrument, enter the inspection details and the system is ready to go.
MFL is a fast, reliable and robust corrosion filtering technique that detects the volume of magnetic material missing from a component undergoing inspection.
MFL requires limited surface preparation and no couplant is needed. Users require minimal training and, with scanning speeds of up to 1 m/s, MFL is the ideal solution for fast, cost-effective corrosion detection.
Adjustable reporting threshold
With the aim of a quick and easy-to-use solution, Swift-M software has retained the adjustable reporting threshold function, allowing the user to report only on what is relevant to the scope of work. Unlike the previous electronic module, the reporting threshold can be adjusted after inspection due to data logging.
Report as you go
The Swift-M one-click reporting tool is designed to improve the overall workflow from inspection to reporting. Defects can be analysed at any time, at the end of an analysis or at the end of a job. Once the analysis is complete, simply select generate a report, then transfer it to a USB stick for distribution.
