Reddy® is the solution designed to replace the wide range of aging ECT instruments used for AC and ECT tube inspections. Reddy supports all AC and ECT probes currently on the market without the need for adapters or reference probes to balance the absolute channel. No other portable system operates on batteries or under seals, or has a bright screen, automated acquisition sequences, or analysis software to generate reports on the fly.

Since AC units are similar to small heat exchangers (HX) in terms of the number of tubes, they greatly benefit from the portability and minimal installation time provided by Reddy. Larger amounts of data generated by HX and requiring other inspection techniques (such as ECA, RFT, NFT, NFA, MFL, and IRIS) are still best served by a larger multi-technology tester, such as the Ectane coupled with a laptop for optimal data visualization and file management.

Superior to the competition

All existing competing systems have small, low-resolution screens without touch features, offer very limited functionality, and have poor control ergonomics. Most of these systems require external power and absolute reference probes. They also lack easy-to-use embedded software with effective reporting and sealing specifications. Post-inspection analyses are simplified with Reddy, which is often not the case with any of these systems. Finally, available AC probes only offer limited detection capabilities when used with portable units.

Optimized inspection time

Reddy optimizes the time required to perform comprehensive inspections due to its quick probe connection features, 6-8 hour battery life, 100 GB data storage capacity, and fast data and report transfer via USB for final printed reports (and graphs).

In addition, automated acquisition sequences save a lot of time by reducing the number of operations required for a complete inspection, such as starting/stopping an acquisition, recording data, and using pedals.

The software operating under Reddy - Magnifi® GO - also allows you to quickly create tube lists. It features an optimized setup wizard and a unique report format. All data recorded with Reddy can be used in the TubePro tube mapping report software, an industry standard.
